How it works

Gel, light and a tray
that fits.

Three parts working together to lift surface stains from everyday coffee, tea and wine, for a brighter-looking smile at your own pace.

01 — The gel

A thin, even layer

Apply a thin layer of whitening gel to the front of your teeth, keeping it off your gums. A separate desensitizing gel is included for after your session.

02 — The light

Blue + red LED

The mouth tray's blue and red "cold light" LEDs work with the gel to help remove surface stains. 32 LEDs (16 blue, 16 red) in one mode, with a 7-minute auto-off timer. Rechargeable and wireless.

03 — The fit

Soft, snug, easy

The soft mouthpiece is shaped around the mouth and settles onto your teeth when you bite down, for a secure, comfortable fit. Use it in the morning, at lunch or before bed.

Is it right for you?

Sparkle Me White isn't suitable for everyone. Don't use it if you have overly sensitive teeth, if your teeth are decayed or loose, if you're pregnant or lactating, or if you're under 18.

  • Short sessions. Seven minutes, then the light turns off automatically.
  • Desensitizing gel included. A small drop after each session, left on for 3–5 minutes.
  • Shade guide in the box. Note your starting shade and follow your progress over time.
Good to know before you start
  • For adults 18+. Not for use if pregnant or lactating.
  • Not for overly sensitive teeth.
  • Whitens natural teeth only. Fillings, crowns, veneers and bridges won't change color.
  • Not for decayed or loose teeth, ceramic or false teeth, damaged enamel or exposed dentin, or if you're allergic to any listed ingredient.
  • A brief tingling on the gums can happen if gel touches them. Rinse with water.
  • Not sure if it's right for you? Check with your dentist first.

Results vary from person to person.

How to use

Your 7-minute ritual.

Shop the kit
  1. Prep

Make sure the mouthpiece is charged. Rinse your mouth and the mouthpiece, then pat your teeth dry.

  2. Apply

Spread a thin, even layer of whitening gel on your teeth, avoiding your gums.

  3. Light

Bite down on the mouthpiece and switch on the light. Breathe steadily. It turns off after 7 minutes.

  4. Finish

Rinse, then apply a small drop of desensitizing gel for 3–5 minutes. Wait at least one hour before eating or drinking.

Full step-by-step instructions
  1. Before using the mouthpiece, make sure it is fully charged.
  2. Look in the mirror, compare your teeth with the included shade guide and note your starting shade.
  3. Take before and after photos with your phone camera to compare your progress.
  4. Give your mouth and the mouthpiece a quick rinse.
  5. Dry your teeth with a paper towel or cotton round so the gel stays in place.
  6. Apply about 1/4 syringe of whitening gel thinly and evenly on the surface of your teeth, avoiding direct contact with your gums. If you feel a burning sensation, rinse with water or remove the gel from your gums with a cotton swab.
  7. Place the mouthpiece in your mouth, bite down and turn on the light. Take steady, deep breaths: too much saliva dilutes the gel. The device turns off automatically after 7 minutes.
  8. Take the mouthpiece out and rinse it and your mouth with water.
  9. Put a very small drop of desensitizing (blue syringe) gel on your teeth and leave it for about 3–5 minutes.
  10. Using the kit before bed is recommended.
  11. It's best not to eat or drink anything for at least one hour after whitening.
